Celebrate the summer by making delicious, crispy wood-fired pizzas using the freshest, tastiest, seasonal ingredients. When the oven is ready, we’ll hone our dough-stretching skills and experience using the peel to launch pizzas onto the oven’s searing-hot hearth.
Adrian Cyr has been a restaurant owner and professional cooking instructor at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts for over 25 years. He will incorporate the historic and cultural aspects of the food you prepare & offers cooks of all levels an intimate hands-on demonstration at Castle Hill.
