Comedian Lewis Black extended interview

This week on The Lowdown with Ira Wood America’s angriest stand-up comedian Lewis Black is back for a long tete a tete about everything from the secret goings-on in a rock star tour bus to his early influences (would you believe the musical Fiorello?) Along the way he talks about the genius of Robin Williams, the subjects comedians can’t touch, and what he does with his old clothes (in case you’ve had your eye on those expensive Italian suits). Comedians are late-night people so just the fact that we caught up with him early one morning via telephone makes this show a classic. Tuesday at 12:30. Always on WOMR.ORG.

The Lowdown with Ira Wood, Tuesdays at 12:30 PM and Saturdays at 5:30 AM on WOMR-FM, a Pacifica Radio affiliate station. Streaming and podcasts on WOMR.ORG.
