Forum on Rail Trail Extension in Wellfleet

On Monday, Feb 15 at 7 pm, the Bike & Walkways Committee & the Wellfleet Forum will sponsor a Zoom meeting to gather suggestions from the public on the rail trail extension. The zoom link can be found on the Town Calendar or the Forum website.

The State has suspended its original plan to end the Rail Trail at Route 6, and has deferred to the Town to consider other routes. The committee wants to hear your ideas and suggestions. What goals and objectives do you believe a bikeway through Wellfleet to Truro should fulfill? What alternative routes should be considered in the analysis?
