Sharing Kindness is a nonprofit dedicated to providing mental health education and grief support throughout Cape Cod. \nGrief is a natural response to loss. Yet many bereaved people report feeling misunderstood and abandoned by their friends and communities due to a lack of education about the needs of the grieving.
