Fast Food Genocide

The dictionary defines Genocide as the “deliberate destruction of a race or nation” and we associate it with violent killing in war zones. But Dr. Joel Fuhrman makes the case that fast food is another form of genocide and as the primary diet in low income areas and inner cities it’s responsible not only for altering brain chemistry in the manner of addictive drugs, but of causing learning disabilities, violence, and crime. He cites clinical research that processed foods are not only the cause of the common epidemics like heart disease, but autism, attention deficit disorder, and even Alzheimer’s.
