DESCRIPTION:Suggested donation $25\, park along the road\, bring preferred beverage\, coffee and seltzer available\, snacks always welcome.\ncall 508-255-3864 or email chezdi@yahoo.com for reserving your seats.\n………………………………………………\nLynne Hanson is a Canadian singer-songwriter based in Ottawa\, Ontario who has released nine solo albums and has toured internationally.[1]\nBiography\nAfter performing with Shane Simpson from 2000 to 2005\, she launched her solo songwriting career with the release of her first album\, Things I Miss in 2006\, followed by Eleven Months (2008) and Once the Sun Goes Down (2010). Her fourth studio album River of Sand was produced by Juno-award-winning songwriter Lynn Miles\, and released in September 2014 on Continental Song City by the Dutch record label CRS.[2]\nIn 2010 she was the winner of the Colleen Peterson Songwriting Award for her song “Rest of My Days”[3] and in 2009 was nominated for a Canadian Folk Music Award in the New/Emerging Artist category.[4] Hanson was a New Folk Finalist at the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas in 2009 and again in 2019.[5]\nShe has toured across Canada and internationally as a solo artist. She has toured in Europe and the Southern US with fellow Canadian songwriter Lynn Miles\, and the United Kingdom and Ireland as support for Grammy-nominated Nashville based songwriters Steve Forbert in October 2012 and Gretchen Peters in March 2012. In 2014\, she performed at the CBC Canada Day Songwriters’ Circle.[6]\nShe collaborated with Lynn Miles in the band project The Lynnes\, who released their debut album Heartbreak Song for the Radio in 2018.[7] In 2018 The LYNNeS were nominated for 5 Canadian Folk Music Awards\, winning English Songwriter of the Year and Ensemble of the Year.\nhttps://www.lynnehanson.com/press-kit

Their feel-good concerts of jazz\, Latin\, French and original songs invite audiences to travel the world while discovering underground tributaries that connect us in our shared human experience. \nEleanor is a St. Louis-born vocalist and multi-instrumentalist with musical roots in classical cello. Dario is a virtuoso guitarist from Tucumán\, Argentina\, a South American center of folk music and indigenous culture. Their shared\, ever-evolving creative paths have taken them to respected stages across five continents including The Millennium Stage at The Kennedy Center\, Lincoln Center’s La Casita\, Bebop Jazz in Buenos Aires\, Jazz Aspen\, the Guggenheim Museum\, Museu Da Música in Lisbon\, Joe’s Pub and The Kimmel Center in Philadelphia. \nTogether\, the artists are steadily accumulating accolades far and near. Dario’s original tango album Acostango was included in NPR Alt.Latino’s Best New Music Roundup summer 2023\, and his release FOLKLORE was nominated for four 2023 Mercedes Sosa Awards (Argentina-based music prize) including Best Jazz Album\, Best Alternative Folk Album and Best Instrumental Album. Eleanor was voted Best Francophone Singer NYC by French Culture Guides\, was one of NPR Alt. Latino’s New Spring Music Picks 2018 and won the Best Song at the ASCAP EXPO Sennheiser Songwriting Competition. Eleanor’s music has been featured on MTV\, Hulu\, Lifetime\, Animal Planet\, and in ads for American Express.​ \nEducational outreach is a key element of Eleanor and Darío’s offerings. Their workshops and residencies emphasize accessibility and inclusion and can be adapted for elementary through university level. Eleanor and Darío serve as cultural ambassadors for the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Arts Envoy program and African Regional Services. They have performed and lead educational programs for U.S. Embassies in Mauritania\, Angola\, Democratic Republic of the Congo\, Guatemala\, Argentina\, and Honduras..
