DESCRIPTION:Winning awards and playing to sold out shows across New England and beyond\, the Boston based Delta Generators have made quite a name for themselves since hitting the scene in 2008. Their music brings together their diverse musical influences\, drawing on the traditions of Blues\, Roots\, R&B and Rock to create a sound uniquely their own.  \nThe DGs have also had their music placed in TV and film\, including their song “Too Many Cooks” on Netflix series Chicago Party Aunt (episode Breaking Balm S1 Ep. 7) and many more songs placed in the United States and all around the world. \nThe band is comprised of front man\, Brian Templeton (formerly of the Radio Kings as well as collaborations with such notables as Jerry Portnoy\, James Cotton and Otis Grand Kings – on vox\, harp and acoustic guitar) Brian also currently is the singer for the blues all-star band\, The Proven Ones with Kid Ramos\, Willie J. Campbell\, Jimi Bott and Anthony Geraci. Brothers\, Charlie O’Neal (guitar) and Rick O’Neal (bass). Rick and Charlie got their first break in their late teens to early twenties touring and recording for Ben Orr (formerly of The Cars). Rick also recorded and toured playing for guitarist Johnny A. (Favored Nation Records) for many years. Charlie also played for the band Must (Wind-Up/BMG) who had a top 10 song in the Billboard Rock Charts\, toured with such acts as Aerosmith\, Stone Temple Pilots\, INXS. Jeff Armstrong(drums) and Charlie O’Neal played for Anthony Geraci and the Boston Blues All-Stars. Together Delta Generators have blended the best of their best to bring their fans an unforgettable musical experience.

DESCRIPTION:The Shady Roosters will play in the lobby at the Spire Center which is adjacent to the main auditorium. It is a comfortable and casual room with plenty of space for dancing or just enjoying the music without the trappings of a downtown bar room. It is also a family friendly environment. The lobby bar has three beer taps that will be serving IndieFerm beers during the shows. IndieFerm non-alcoholic kombucha will also be available by the bottle as well as wine and other beverages. \nThe Shady Roosters are a South Shore-based roots rock band that have been together for about twenty-five years\, mostly under the name Lonesome Jukebox. But they changed the name to the Shady Roosters recently as the lineup had changed somewhat. Their song list includes a mix of rockabilly\, blues\, roots\, and country with some original tunes that wouldn’t have sounded out of place on jukeboxes of the ‘50s and ‘60s. The most important ingredient is fun. They wouldn’t still be doing it if it wasn’t fun and that always carries over to the crowd.

DESCRIPTION:Eric Lindell is an American singer-songwriter\, whose recording & touring career began in 1996. He began playing in bands at the age of 15. Among his early musical influences were Fishbone and Black Flag. \nLindell started playing in Northern California bars and clubs\, first on guitar\, and later moving to bass\, while working as a baker during the day to make ends meet. After a few years\, he moved to New York City briefly\, and then relocated to New Orleans in 1999.  \nIn New Orleans\, he recorded with Harold Ray Brown (formerly of War) as well as members of Galactic\, including Galactic’s Stanton Moore and Ivan Neville (with whom he now occasionally plays in a side project called Dragon Smoke.) By 2005\, he had become well known on the New Orleans music scene\, having appeared in local clubs and at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. As a result of the exposure\, he was signed by Alligator Records.

DESCRIPTION:Boston-based world-dub-jazz collective Club d’Elf will perform at Spire Performing Arts Center in Plymouth\, MA on Friday May 3. While the music the band performs defies category\, Club d’Elf was the recipient of the 2023 Boston Music Award for Jazz Act Of The Year. \nThe show will include a heartfelt tribute to recently deceased core band member Brahim Fribgane\, who hailed from Casablanca\, and represented the spiritual connection to the Moroccan traditions such as Gnawa that have heavily influenced the bands music.
