In the early 1970s, pornography films became mainstream with the “porno chic” phenomenon. In 1972, one small-town cinema decides to screen the movie Deep Throat, creating quite a stir for the townspeople, as well as the cinema staff. “How Do You Like Your Love?” follows four employees of the Rialto Cinema – the projectionist, the owner, the box office manager, and the new kid – on the night of Deep Throat’s premiere. They deal with flighty town bureaucracy, aggressive protesters, a full and rowdy audience, and their own personal conflicts. Will the town reject this new craze as just a fad? Or will they ask for more, more, more?
