Martin Garbus has been hailed as one of the nation’s premier First Amendment attorneys harking back to his trial defense of Lenny Bruce. The Guardian called him “one of the nation’s finest trial lawyers.” His books include Tough Talk: How I Fought for Writers, Comics, Bigots and the American Way.

Dan Okrent is the prize-winning author of six books including Great Fortune, The Guarded Gate, Last Call: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition and 9 Innings: The Anatomy of a Baseball Game. Dan was the first public editor of the New York Times.
