Jen Police is currently in her fifth year as the Principal of Monomoy Regional High School. She was been an assistant principal at Monomoy for two years, with a focus on curriculum and instruction. She previously served three years as director of guidance at Monomoy. Police served as a guidance counselor and specialist in supporting the success of high-risk students in other districts before coming to Monomoy. “Jen is exceptionally well connected to the students, families and staff of Monomoy and will have the ability to leverage this connection during an unprecedented time, when all are seeking stability and some sense of normalcy,” Monomoy schools Superintendent Scott Carpenter said.
New volunteers are always welcome to begin the training process. No experience necessary. The Program Committee is now accepting proposals from trained volunteers to fill the following openings: the 3rd Sunday of each month from 9 to midnight, and the 3rd Saturdays of each month from 9 to midnight. The station also welcomes proposals from people who would like to produce a 30 minute spoken word program on local issues. Send your proposals to Matty or contact matty@womr.org with any questions or to set up an orientation interview.
