Booming BBQ & Blues

Booming BBQ & Blues brings a full evening of live music to Payomet, headlined by The Alexis P. Suter Band. Three-time Blues Music Award nominee Alexis P. Suter owns a big, booming voice you can hear roaring out of Brooklyn into the heart of North America and beyond, ranging from pained passion to explosive and soul-bearing, artfully blending Blues, Soul, Roots, and Rock.

Music kicks off at 7PM with The Fred Clayton Band. Born in Birmingham and shaped by decades of performing in Paris, Fred Clayton is known as the Blues Man of Cape Cod for good reason. His band blends blues, jazz, soul, and funk, with Alex Pashoian on guitar, JP on drums, and Charles Langford on saxophone.

Come early for slow-smoked barbecue from the Junior Betts BBQ food truck (on site from 5PM) and a laid-back summer evening.
