Kim Moberg with Heather Swanson

A FREE 60 minute program of story telling and live music to share Kim Moberg’s original suite “The Seven Fires Prophecy Suite for Humanity”.
The ancient yet relevant Anishinaabe legend “The Seven Fires Prophecy” teaches that in order for human beings to survive, we must learn to live together with respect for all people of all colors and cultures and with our environment. Kim found the legend so profound that she composed a suite to share the prophecy in song.
This educational and unique program consists of a 10 minute talk by Kim, an 8 minute video by Erin Stagg, the Canadian Indigenous artist whose painting Kim used for the album art and a 30 minute concert by Kim and fiddler/violinist Heather Swanson.
