The Golden Hours

The Golden Hours is a new Charlottesville-based band formed by members of acclaimed indie-folk acts Lowland Hum and David Wax Museum, four songwriters with more than 20 years of touring and recording between them, whose work has been featured on CBS Saturday Morning, NPR’s Tiny Desk, and praised by The New York Times, Washington Post, TIME, and Rolling Stone. Their debut record, Terra Nova, arrives in 2026, with lead single “Day Wheel” already named an NPR Music Song of the Day. Catch their live debut at Payomet this August 19th at 7PM.
