David Sigler

A year round Provincetown resident, David Sigler hosts a show for fellow GenXers out there that features mainly Top 40 songs between 1970-2000 called “Pop Life: Hits, Misses and Everything In Between,” on the third Sunday of each month, 9 pm – midnight. He states: “Us X’ers were primarily kids in the 70’s, teenagers in the 80’s and joined the workplace in the 90’s, so Pop Life is dedicated to the music from those respective eras.”

David also hosted a weekly show that ran for 9 years on WOMR called Two Rooms: Celebrating The Music of Elton John and Bernie Taupin, that concluded in March 2019. So don’t be surprised if you hear the occasional song from the four-eyed piano player on Pop Life, as Elton remains his all-time favorite artist.

Originally David hails from Maryland and is a lifelong Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan. Don’t worry, he cheers on the Pats (when they don’t play the Ravens) but the Red Sox? He hasn’t turned that corner and cynically says “it’s not likely to happen either!”
